CMC Studios Content Release Agreement

I hereby give my permission and approval
for CMC Studios to use the above
noted original Artist's Content as a display/demonstration of
Artist's work.
CMC Studios may use only the above noted Artist's Content for any
promotional,
advertising or demonstration uses that CMC Studios deems
suitable.
NO Artist's Content other than the above noted Artist's Content may
be used
by CMC Studios, for any purpose without the expressed, written
permission of
the Artist or that of an Authorized Signatory thereof.
All submitted Artist's Contents will be screened by CMC Studios
staff in order to
safeguard suitability-of-use for any promotions, advertising or
demonstrations
in which CMC Studios wishes to utilize said Artist's Content. *
All CMC Studios staff determinations as to suitability-of-use
will be final.
* In the event that the Artist wishes
to remove said Artist's Content
from the control of CMC Studios, a written request
must be received by
CMC Studios no less than four weeks prior to the date
Artist wishes to
withdraw said Artist's Content from the use and
control of CMC Studios. |
