This is a resistor. A rather small part, it doesn't cost very much and usually, it isn't too hard to remove and replace one. However, there are those very rare times when ... for no apparent, decent or explainable reason it ... becomes a serious and time-consuming challenge and is why I said it will cost you a lot more than ten bucks!
